What the publisher has shown
The Necron deep dive landed 29 July 2026 (CGI trailer 20 July 2026). They feature in two Battlefield Reports: 8 July 2026 (1v1 vs Adeptus Mechanicus) and 9 September 2026 (1v1 Annihilation vs Orks). Named commanders include Ahmnok and Chronomancer Thothmek; named units include Canoptek Spyders and Craventhrone Guards.
Playstyle, per official material
Territory-based systems: the Necrons hold and fortify ground. How their reclamation and resurrection-flavored systems translate into actual mechanics is documented on our mechanics pages once numbers exist.
